- A Personal Interview
- Baseline Technical Competency Exams
- Verification of Certifications
- Criminal Background Checks
- Substance Abuse Prescreening
Technical and Professional competency are of equal importance during our
mandatory screening process. The technical references, and competency tests
provide us with the information to assess our contract employee's ability
to handle the responsibilities of the assignment. The personal interview,
however, will assist in the evaluation of the contract employee's motivation
and professional demeanor.
